The service

Beenido is a digital guest book and house manual with an ops calendar, photo-proof turnovers and owner reports, for short-term-rental hosts and managers. It is built by Boldnsmart.

Pilot and pricing

The pilot is free for two weeks on one flat. After the pilot, the price shown on the pricing section of the home page applies. That section is the current price list.

What the AI guest book does

• It answers guests only from the facts the host has written for that flat, and escalates to the host when it is unsure.
• The host is responsible for the facts being correct and kept up to date.
• The host is responsible for telling guests how their data is used and for any consent needed. Beenido stores the consent records the host collects.

What Beenido does not do

• It does not submit SES.Hospedajes registrations. It tracks a checklist; you register with SES as you do today.
• It does not process payments. A manager may link guests to their own payment page for paid extras.
