About Beenido

A digital guest book and house manual for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts.

What Beenido is

Beenido is a digital guest book and house manual. You write each flat's facts once (wifi, parking, pool hours, appliance quirks, house rules) and an AI answers guest questions from those facts, in the guest's own language. When it is unsure, it escalates the question to you.

Around the guest book, Beenido gives managers an ops calendar that syncs each flat's bookings by iCal, photo-proof turnovers sent by cleaners, and a monthly report for flat owners.

Who builds it

Beenido is built by Boldnsmart.
